The Pace Prints Guarantee
Every print offered for sale by Pace Prints is an original fine art print in excellent museum quality condition unless otherwise stated. We will gladly refund your purchase price for any reason within 21 days from the date you receive your print if returned in excellent condition.
Placing an Order
Placing an order on paceprints.com is fast and simple: To add a print to your shopping cart, go to the page showing the desired print and click the "Add to your Shopping Cart" button at the bottom of that page. The print will be added to your shopping cart and you will be transferred automatically to a page showing the current status of your order. On the "Shopping Cart" page, you may revise your order, proceed directly to the checkout to complete your purchase, or continue viewing the site and ordering additional prints. You can return to the "Shopping Cart" page at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart icon located in the top-right corner of each screen.
After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging that the order has been received. This is not an order confirmation. Once we have received your order, you will be notified by phone or by e-mail that your order has been confirmed and we will provide you with the shipping details. Because prices are subject to change without notice, your order cannot be considered complete until you have received confirmation from Pace Prints.
If you do not wish to use your credit card to make the purchase, you would like your prints framed, or if the order is to be shipped to an address outside the United States, please call 1-877-440-PACE (or 212-421-3237) to place your order over the phone.
Pricing and Availability
Due to the nature of our inventory, pricing and availability are subject to change at any time. If no price is listed on the website, the item is generally not available unless otherwise specified.
The total cost of your order will include the price of your print(s) plus shipping and excluding sales tax. (Only New York State residents pay sales tax.) To have prints shipped outside of the United States or if you wish to have your prints framed, please call us at 1-877-440-PACE.
Payment Options
Credit Card
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for online purchases. Simply complete the online order form and enter your credit card information. We will charge your card when your order is shipped.
Check or Postal Money Order
We accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders. If you wish to pay by check, contact us by calling 1-877-440-PACE.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected only on orders shipped within the State of New York. New York State laws require that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order. Charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product; by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.
Invoices
Your sale will not be finalized until your credit card has been charged or your check has been cleared. All of our sales are subject to availability, current pricing and credit card approval. Once we have confirmed the availability, current pricing and your credit card information, you will be e-mailed with the confirmation and shipping details. An invoice will be mailed to your customer address when your order is shipped.
Shipping Rates and Policies
Shipping costs vary depending on print size and framing. The cost for unframed prints is between $75 and $200, including insurance.
Shipping Schedule
Unframed orders are shipped within two weeks of order confirmation.
Framed orders are normally shipped within 2 and 4 weeks.
Orders are shipped via UPS and are properly insured.
Our Return Policy
We will gladly refund your purchase price (excluding shipping) for any reason within 21 days from the date on which you receive your print if it is returned to us in excellent condition. Please call 1-877-440-PACE for a return authorization.
