Considered the most important figurative artist to emerge directly after the war, Jean Dubuffet (1901-1985) created his first book of lithographs in 1944. His dedication to lithography and the numerous possibilities of producing texture on the lithographic stone is an important milestone in the history of printmaking.
Beginning in 1967 until his death, Pace Prints published over 40 editions, books and multiples with Dubuffet.
